1. Services
Services are performed during standard business hours unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to skip a visit if conditions make it unsafe (e.g., aggressive animals, obstructed access to property).

2. Access & property
You agree to ensure safe, unobstructed access to your yard on your scheduled service day. Fresh Yard is not liable for property damage resulting from conditions outside our control.​

If our technician is unable to access your yard due to a locked gate or other obstruction, the visit will be marked as a no-show, and you will still be charged for that visit.

3. Payment & billing
By signing up, you authorize us to charge your card on file automatically at the start of each billing cycle, before service is performed. All prices are in USD.​

If a payment fails, service may be paused until the balance is resolved. You can manage your account/billing/payment details online at https://www.getfreshyard.com/account.

4. Billing
Fresh Yard is a month-to-month service. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal online (access your account here: https://www.getfreshyard.com/account). Cancellations will take effect at the end of the billing period.

5. Cancellations & rescheduling
To reschedule or skip a visit, please notify us 24 hours in advance. Individual visit cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may still be charged.

6. Our guarantees
If we miss your scheduled visit or an issue occurs, let us know within 7 days of the incident happening, and we'll credit your account for the cost of that visit

7. SMS communications
By signing up, you may opt in to receive SMS notifications, including on-the-way alerts, service photos, and completion updates. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Fresh Yard does not share your mobile number or opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

8. Liability
Fresh Yard is not responsible for pre-existing property damage or incidents involving unsecured animals. Our total liability in any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
